Here's how it works...

Our Buyers Advantage Program is a “Buyer Search Service” we offer exclusively to our Buyers that enables them to access the entire Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and all of its listings. The program automatically selects the listings that match your criteria, and e-mails all of the information directly to you on a continuing basis.

All you have to do is complete the form below,
and you will be updated with the newest listings as they come on the market.

What will this service do for you?

1. The great thing about this service is that you will receive scheduled updates
of every listing that matches your specific criteria
(not just Coldwell Banker’s listings).

2. You will avoid driving all over town previewing homes that don’t actually meet your needs.

3. You will have first pick of homes that interest you.
You will have the ability to beat other buyers to an offer
because you will have access to the information before they do.

Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail of the listings currently on the market that meet your criteria, followed by regular updates as new listings become available. Each e-mail will include the pertinent information, photos, addresses, a link to maps (so you can drive by), and links to other areas of interest!

When you see a property that you are interested in, call me or my Assistant, Melissa Chaires (509-4104), so we can schedule a preview and/or obtain additional information about the listing for you.
